Help with tires!

I've been calling around to find out the prices to swap out the TPS on old wheels and put them onto new ones. So I guess they are working on 8 wheels total... the prices I've found range from $120-180. Is that how much it's supposed to really cost??? And if anyone knows of a cheaper place around San Jose area, can you let me know? Thankss!

it's basically the cost to mount and balance two sets of tires since that's what they're doing anyhow.
