i went with helix test pipes and sometimes i feel as if i lost a lot of torque in the high end. goes flat after 5.3k rpm in third.... i liked kinetix HFC's. i had them and they were great. might just go back to them

Aftermarket Cats....?

Every time I think about replacing my OEM cats and realize with aftermarket
high flow cats I could pickup another 10+ HP I wished I liverd anywhere but
California. As long as they pass smog I could probably survive. Events like
HIN bring out the cops with the mirrors that check that kinda stuff....DAMN!
WTF even Stillens headers have a plack that states "for off road use only!"
Gone are the days of modifications that no one cared one way or the other!

Sorry to butt in, Alpha you said after you installed the HFC it quieted down your exhaust? if thats the case did it by a lot or do you still get the the same roar from the back, and with that being said is it even worth putting on HFC's? I live in Chicago so I'm not really too sure how strict they are around here? And yes I'm a newbie!!!!
