Does any happen to have a Recaro Start booster seat for their kid? Just wanted to know how you like it. Just happened to pick one up at Sear @ Stoneridge for $30. Unfortunately it's the "Bright Sand" color. But I can't really complain.

Yeah, I already have the Young Sport in black. My wife gave me a hard time about getting it "is it safe, are you sure, $250 are you nuts!!!" But then she saw how much a Britax was and how little protection it offers. We ended up getting a Britax Roundabout for our smaller car. I can't stand how the kid always ends up slumping forward when he falls asleep in it. Never happens in the Recaro!!!! Oh well.

 

Is the $30 a typo? If not, are there any more left??

No not a typo. $30.00!!!! If they had any more I would have bought them all. Looks like someone ordered it from Sears.com and ended up returning it at the store. Must have been sitting in the stock room for awhile. I checked the UPS shipping date, and it was delivered Nov 06. I guess no one really wants to pay $350 for a booster seat. It had a clearence tag on it that said $349.99 reduced to $29.99 "display" it even rang up as $349.99 until I pointed out the tag.

 

Damn that's a good deal. Nice find.
