I know there is a lot on dealers in here, but I'm wondering if anybody has a good recommendation for a knowledgeable service dealer somewhere in the Bay Area...ideally East Bay just because its closer to Sac.

I have had the WORST service ever at both dealers in Sac. Right now I'm trying to talk to someone on service to install paddles in my car. Its pre-wired for it, a few members on this forum have done it. But both service departments here are denying that its even pre-wired and just being an @ss about even talking about it.

Can anybody recommend a good dealer that would at least listen and give this option a go? From what I hear its a very quick mod, but you have to pull the steering wheel which scares the living daylights out of me so I don't want to do it myself.

 

I'd try Pleasanton and Concord (in that order). Never had any issues with Pleasanton...and only one issue with Concord.
