I got out of there around midnight which is prolly why no pics from chris yet. Maybe he brought his camera to work with him to upload some... That is if they even let him on the premises with it. But the lights were on and lookin good!
We should have a day to redo yours(kris) cause andys surface is much smoother
Maybe i can even add custom halos to yours too
lol

lolThanks again guys for coming out. Fun and exhausting day
Big props to Steve...the lights look awesome. I'm really glad you talked me into sticking with the clear lenses. Will be swapping out the one bad fog bulb tonight when I get home. We need to work out a time to get your kits installed and you over to get an alignment. The GM garage has ALL the TOOLS needed to do a HFC install
I did mine in that garage...remove OEM, install aftermarket then back to OEM, so no worries on getting that done here
Kris, I'm buyin you gloves for Xmas, or your bday so your pretty little asian hands don't get scuffed up next time

Everytime i do lights there could have been something done slightly better but I realize that I can only get it to a certain point with the tools I have.
Ex. there is a bit of dust in andy's lense when everything was done. I took a can of compressed air to it before mounting to the bezel, after putting on the bezel and after the housing was baked back together. After the install what do we get, some specs of dust reflecting the light. Now if I could have done these in a booth I would have avoided this issue but sometimes you just have to work with the tools you have. Im just trying to say if you are having someone doing it that is doing the work out of their garage you can expect to have some imperfections, hell even a shop with a booth that has experience with this type of stuff will still come back with imperfections. Im not saying complaining about having fingerprints and a shaky projector is being petty because I wouldnt consider those imperfections either, more screw ups and definitely unacceptable.
I just dont want to have the responsibility of giving you back a perfect light. If there are problems, I dont want to be the guy that has to fix it and then be put under public scrutiny for it.
Steve.... no problems. I was throwing some ideas around with Paul a few minutes ago. As much as I would want a perfect light, I understand it is close to impossible to get so I am not expecting that level of work. I just didn't want the issues we discussed on the phone about the waterspots, etc. Dust is understandable.
Anyways, I am going to work with Paul one more time. I like the shade of flat black he uses.
