Does it make a difference if we show up at a later time together instead of some at 2:30 and others later?

 

I will ask, but he wanted us to show up at 2:30 because we have a bigger group and to make shure he put us in the hall and not outside

 

I understand their concerns. Its hard to stage groups together and have cars show up later or not show up leaving spots open. Its easier to just roll people in, in line and take each spot consecutively

 

I dunno about the rest, but We wont be that late, maybe 4 at the latest for me and Ryan. I would like to roll in together but having to get everyone time schedule together is tough.

 

Would be too much if we all just WAITED for everyone then roll in as one group?

 

Thanks Danny. Sounds like they have us timed to show in a specific spot so arriving at that time would get us lined up in the order they have laid out for us.

Nathan can only do what he can, the chance we take if we wait is that we will not get the spots that we were going to get, Like I said if a group comes in the same size as ours and they are first! They work on a first come first serve set up. Nathan told me he would set us up on the main hall. That was when we were all going to show on-time at 2:30pm

I am not sure if we want to wait!

 

Let's wait to see what Danny finds out but it sounds like if we all show up later, we run the risk of not being able to show in the building or possible even as a group too as they would put us in as they could fit us in.

BUt I know some of you can not get off work, but you need to try to do what you can to be at red robin at 1:00 or at least meet us at the expo center at 2:30 to make it so we can all be together and you are not in a different area or outside with a chance of showers like they said on the news today!
