Hi guys and gals,

I'll be in SF on New Years Eve doing the count down and whatnot, where are the hot spots and what is the best method to get there. I heard that you pretty much have to take the BART there to avoid traffic and you walk to where ever your destination is... But where is the actually countdown area, is it in Union Square or.... Any help would be appreciated showing my girlfriend around. Thanks in advanced =D

 

Actual countdown area is in front of the SF Ferry Building.
