Depends. Some wireless guitars use the USB, some use the controller ports. I have 2 wireless...one USB and one controller port.

Rock Band uses ONE USB port for their 4-port splitter which plugs in all the instruments.

 

i am going to have to bring an extra battery lol. someone bring jumper cables
