Hey Koolaid, IMO Shane is the wrong NorCal G member to flame on. I know you're a noob and you don't know any better so let's kill this nonsense before Uncle Andy the NorCal mod closes this down! Btw, flaming on members isn't the best way to get in good with the crew.

IMHO, you don't build a community by flaming on "noobs" when they ask legitimate questions (he did it in my thread below, post #41 in response to #40, where the new user had a valid question that wasn't even directed towards him). It just irks me when "established" members feel they can insult new users with impunity because they have 4,000+ posts.

we understand that, we are just informing you that make sure that if you are going to flame, make sure you know who you are talking to and you need to earn that respect before it is given. We are one large family and we invite new members in and welcome them in with open arms. But when you are new and attack, best belive that the dogs will come out!
