jesse apostal doesnt work there anymore. sucks cuz he was a cool service advisor. i dont know what happened but i dont think he was happy with the changes after luxury motors bought the place. (damn you luxury motors!) i need to have some service done again.. skeptical about taking it there anymore.

anyone go to the dealership in concord?

Concord is a great dealership! They're mod friendly and go out of their way to help. Too bad it's so far away for you SF guys.

i might go there sometime. i work near concord so it wouldnt be such a bad idea.

when i went there, to get the lock on my gas door changed, they were happy to change it for me. they also did a full car check, and did the free 25 k mile service for me. (1st ones free)... im guessing the previous owner never brought it in... also, i said something about the oil being low and they started a oil compression test for me.

Jesse left in August. He was a good guy to deal with and I also got the impression that he wasn't too thrilled with the changes. I'm not sure how the other service advisors are there since I only dealt with Jesse.

How's the service up in Marin?

looks like infiniti of oakland is goin down the drain. many of their most respected and long-time service advisors left.
