I am thinking of buying an exhaust system and some high flow Cats and I want a shop that knows how to tweak exhaust system if the fitment is not on spot.

Most exhausts should fit quite nicely.

Those that are considered "bad fitment" require nothing more than a couple proper whacks to get them in the hangars.

If the exhaust requires you to actually relocate hangers because it's so off, well an exhaust of that quality should not even be on your car.

I was looking at the Motordyne Shockwave TDX2 as the main exhaust set up and some Kinetix HFC. I could do the work but my work schedule is preventing me from putting wrench time.

motordyne seems to be the best catback for our cars. im in the process of buying a set of V1 ART pipes from a member here but im still undecided if i should get them or just wait and save up for some new V2.1 ART pipes... :/

Hello Cen-Cal
Wow, I leave the Country for a while and this thread blows up. It's nice to see some activity and new members around here. I usually end up in the NorCal thread since I'm like an orphan here on the Coast.

I see we have a Santa Maria member, Nice!! I've seen a couple modded G's in Santa Maria, but I'm usually driving the Jeep.

My G has become even more of a garage queen since I got the new toy. She's still stock, I've spent all my mod money on the Jeep I don't think my husband would be too happy if I started putting money in the G right now, I'll give it a few months It's like buying shoes, I've got to secretly sneak things on it and hope he doesn't notice, lol. Oops, I forgot I'm posting on a 99% male thread

I see you guys are planning a Coastal run, I don't know if your aware of it or not, but there is an amazing event happening that weekend and there will be many exotic and classic cars in the area.

I've gone to this event in years past and it's great.

As far as clam chowder goes, my favorite place is Pismo Fish & Chips. I don't care for the strong clam flavor or the cream base of the Splash chowder. Pismo F&Chips is better in my option. Just wanted to mention it in case anyone is looking for a second option.

I will keep tabs on what you guys have planned, I'm not sure what I'm doing that weekend since we have been invited to the Concourse I may be there. It's nice to see some activity here, have a great Holiday weekend and be safe!!

Lisa
