In the description they say "Available in 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm" but in the drop down list they have smaller sizes.

Btw, are the hub centric rings for all four tires or just the rears? I ask because they don't have them for the smaller sizes.

I have for all four, but don't have spacers so idk.
