If it comes out bad, can you post the name of the shop so we can avoid it? I want to get this done also before I get some spacers.

ok i will still leave the name of hte first shop i went too out since they end up not rolling my fenders, but i went to machiii today and i have to say they did a great job. i always trusted them but i never heard of anyone using them for rolling. so hell i guess since i been going there for years and am really cool with the people there i would give it a try. i am very happy with the way it came out, i have a full fold with no cracking and they adjusted my coilovers for me lol.

EIP cuts fenders instead of rolling them...

um then what u going to do bout the edges when the paint flakes? paint them over?

Unless you seal the cut edges really well, they will eventually rust.

So how much did Mach iii charge? Or did you get a hook up price?

I'm still really torn between the whole roll vs. cutting thing. With rolling, the paint chipping issue seems so hit or miss. Any bodyshop should be able to seal cut fenders well, right? Do you guys know of anyone who's had to deal with rust on their cut fenders?

I've also heard/seen on this forum that if they heat up the paint too much the paint starts to degrade.

Kris - How's the paint from the areas that they heated up? Still like new?

its still like new, the guy that does the work owns a g too so he knows what he is doing.
