anyone in bay area help w/ dynamat?

Does anyone know how to install the stuff/ had experience doing so? I'm thinking about buying some since my trunk rattles with my new sub. I would really like some guidance and help installing it since I've never done anything like it before. If no one can help, can you link me a DIY thread? I know I can search, but I'm really looking for help, rather than a DIY thread.

Willing to compensate however you like.. I'm 16, but I could probably get you some beers

well honestly i cant hear the rattles at all when im inside.. just when you stand outside of the car can you hear the trunk rattling.. is it worth the money? for $170 it doesn't seem worth it to me, especially if it still rattles..., but I could double mat it or something

Is dynamat really going to stop ratling? I thought it was used more for reducing road noise. There are specific parts in the trunk that need to be tightened down or made to stop hitting wires/metal parts (using felt pads and velcro works).

I still need to do this to my car.

Placing something on the license plate usually gets rid of alot of the ricer rattle. Some cars get alot of rattle from the trunk where it latches. This is hard to fix as you cant tighten the trunk lid more. Most people go way overboard with the amount of dynamat they put on a vehicle. If you are into SPL competition, you would benefit from this but for most trying to get rid of rattle, its only needed in certain strategic areas.

all of the rattles in my car come from one specific place... the lower left corner of the trunk lid, right above the bumper. i have no idea why its just there, but if you push in that one spot while it is rattling, it stops... wierd

I am not 100% sure if you can do this on the new sedans but I did it on my coupes before...Take the liner off the trunk lid, shoot some none expending form into holes on the ribs of the lid.
