Does anyone know or can get in contact with Calvin Leung (aka Bokchilo)???

I submitted payment to him for the Nismo CF diffuser on May 29th;

Last communication from him was on June 7th telling me that he was at UC Davis and that he would be shipping the diffuser out to me when he got home. I have PM'd him a number of times since the 7th requesting an exact date of when he would be shipping out the diffuser with a shipping confirmation and tracking # and I have not heard from him.

He has had my payment in hand for over 2 weeks now and I have NO status of the item.

Unfortunately, I've never even heard of or seen that s/n here on the NorCal boards.

What's interesting though, a good friend of mine from H.S. had a younger brother by that name. My friend also has a IP G coupe, but he didn't get that until he & his family moved to SoCal.

I'll attempt to get a hold of my friend just to make sure it's not his younger bro behind this. I'll get back to you.

 

Did you pay with paypal? if you did then file a dispute. Have paypal look into it for you.

 

Although not an excuse, i know finals are around this time at Davis.

 

I will be filing a dispute with Paypal as a last resort, I wanted to give Calvin the benefit of the doubt to ship me the diffuser.

 

Whoever this guys is? he never posted single time in NorCal section. but he sure has lots of FS or WTB threads, so he would've known the timely shipment of the product is very improtant, maybe just maybe something came up and he cant ship them and somehow cant get in touch with you.

That's why I have not persued the issue with Paypal as of yet. If another week passes by and I have not heard from him, I will definitly be filing a dispute with Paypal. Besides in this day and age how hard can if possibly be to get access to an internet connection. So there really is no excuse for not keeping me up-to-date on the status of the item to be shipped.

As I stated in the title of the post and in my original post, he goes by the user name of "Bokchilo"

I know you stated that Calvin Leung's username, but I just found it really trippy that this person has the same first and last name as me, that's all. I did not take this thread as an accusation to me. Plus, if you pulled up driver and at first quick glance, you saw your first and last name, wouldn't you be intrigued to check out the thread? That's what happened with me.

Hopefully he'll crawl out from the rock he's hiding under in the next couple of days and either answer my PM's or send me a shipping confirmation and tracking # or else I will have to take it up with Paypal.

The last time he logging onto the boards was this past Monday (June 9th), I had actually sent him a PM on that day but he did not send back any response.
