Shane...

I have known you pretty much as long as any other member of G35Driver. I believe it was the first WC BBQ last year that I met you. I want to say thank you for making me feel welcomed in this group known as NorCal G. Thanks for accepting me into your group. You will be missed bro.

as found in webster's dictionary

shane (shay-n) n. 1. often found with a wardrobe of a black t shirt and gray sweats, usually conversing with g35 enthusiasts. 2. witty in comebacks and enjoys laughing, usually at the expense of others. 3. once encounters others, usually leaves everlasting impressions, and not able to be easily forgotten or replaced. shane is moving and ncg events will never be the same, specifically gm garage activities, as the "M" in GM, would have never been.

I'm not at all surprised at any of these farewell messages and how touching they are. There are very few people I've met and probably will ever meet with the combination of kindness, thoughtfulness, humor and intelligence that you possess. Like people have said, goodbye for now. We WILL see you in the future.

Shane.

People come and go, in and out of our lives. Friends last forever.

I would love to make a more appropriate and well thought out response, but im at work! Hahaha. Here is what I can say for now:

Thank you for teaching me humility.
Thank you for putting me in-my-place when I was a NOOB
Thank you for showing me how to make meets better.
Thank you for the PS3.
Thank you for the entertainment at meets that can only be brought forth by you.
Thank you for making peeing on wheels COOL! LOL

Thank you for being such an integral part of this community bro.

I will miss you. God Bless you through all your endeavors and PLEASE return to us someday.

ROL

God, i have only been with everyone for a couple of months, and this is making me depressed I am not very good at these either, and much is the same, but, here we go... Shane, thanks for being such a kind, warm, welcoming, and all around awesome person! If it werent for you at the sonic meet, Josie would have never loosened up, because you, and of course all of the other GM*Garage members know how to make a person either feel welcomed, or make them want to leave early lol! Shane, you are a huge part of what make NCG the family it is, and everyone, myself and Josie included, is gonna f-in miss you dude! So try to make one last meet for us, so we can all get a chance to get that one last bear hug!

:(

Who's going to
- walk around with a towel on their head?
- post the kiss tush smilie?
- harass everyone by posting the killer photoshops?
- drink everyone under the table?

Your warmth and kindness to everyone will be missed.

Thank you Shane for everything these past two years that I've been on the boards. GM*Garage won't be the same without you!

I can't believe I missed the entire previous discussion on this. Thanks for all the good times, Shane - it's been a treat to know you.

For some reason, I was thinking of this song when I saw this thread:
