I thought I was not allowed to show because I am not part of GM Garage. That is why I was trying to get some others to show with. If im just going as a spectator then ill be there later. Sounds like Kris was counting me in but the bouncer stopped me at the door without even a peek inside. I have my ID and its not fake. Whats the verdict so I can decide what time I am going. Id like to show with everyone but thats not my call.

nobody's stopping you from showing, it's just we wanted to rep our group. GM was built on a foundation of different people that all shared the same passion, our G's. but what makes us different from the rest is that even without our G's we still share a very tight bond. We hold our name very high in regards because of this to just let any stranger in.

Alot of people assume, just because you have a G, automatically means you deserve a GM Sticker. GM is a lot more than just our cars, it's the friendships that we've formed and established because of them.

we're not trying to single you out, but we dont want to show that we favor you either by letting you in. so no hard feelings please, we just wanted this show to be kept exclusive to gm members only.

Thats all I needed to hear Veronica. I didnt wanna step on anybodys toes and I didnt want it to sound like I was forcing my way in to show with you. Its no biggie to me. I just didnt wanna be the lone G parked way down the line at the show when I would be hanging out with the rest of you. Much appreciated....

I know but from what I gathered, Kris was only getting these out to those who were showing as it was announced within this thread.

 

jdm theory = gm garage crew,

hin = machiii/gm garage.

 

My garage is just as spacious & there's plenty of parking on the side street by my house . And don't most people bring tools anyway? The highway route I was gonna take us will drop us off right @ the check-in spot. The best meeting spot would be the shopping center where the South Bay Mini meets are held, but that would just defeat the purpose bcuz you would end up driving past the check-in lot, anyway.

It's all SJ, so it doesn't matter to me. I will go w/the flow. I just thought I would present another option.

lol...same here, but as long as we don't have anything to install in the early morning, we can just meet on the side street next to the huge field. If we do have installs to do, at the other entrance to my place there's only 1 speed bump & it's really low on 1 side.
