ok looks like the bbq wont be at heather farms.... sorry for the late notice but we found out there will still be a swim meet on sunday. we should know of a new location by the end of the da.

Good thing that I did not send out PMs for the change of date. Now, with the change of venue, I hope that people are tracking this thread. Normally, without any changes, people tend to get things mixed up.

I'll help you send out the PMs once we get a spot nailed down so everyone knows of the late changes.

We tried to get Heather Farms nailed down but there is an annual swim meet going on there and it will be basically impossible for us to make it work.

I'm bummed this can't be held @ Heather Farms. That's a really nice park.

It won't be a big deal. It will still be a great event, even if it still is not at our usual spot. We really tried but it justs not possible
