License Plate Bracket?

Hey guys,
I kind of want to abide the law a little. =) I'm thinking of buying a license plate bracket that tilts and that will work with the Top Secret bumper.

Can you guys show me some links? I've done some searching but all I see are brackets made for bumpers where the mounting holes are right infront of the bumper. The top secret bumper's mounting holes are inside the opening. (Does that make sense??)

Im also looking at mounting bracket for TS front and I think something similar to Stillen would work:

I know what you are talking about though. Josh over at my350z has the bracket that you mentioned (attaches to the inside of the top TS bumper and the license plate can be folded inside). You can prob ask him where he got it from.
