Suggestions for place to eat in SF?

hey guys. i'm visiting my girl this weekend in San Francisco for her birthday. I want to take her out to dinner friday night, so i'm trying to do a little research as far as really nice restaurants that I can take her to. Money really is not an issue; I'm just looking for a nice, romantic venue with good/great food. So with that being said, any suggestions?? thanks in advance

also, i'll take any suggestions as far as lounges or chill late night spots that i can take her too after dinner. thanks again!

You might consider the Carnelian Room, which sits at the top of the Bank of America building in downtown S.F.

The wife's pick . . . Fleur De Lys. Gary Danko is pretty good, as well.

Have a great time and I trust that your girl has a wonderful birthday.

Morton's - if you like steak.. and its pretty romantic/classy.

Pier Market Seafood - one of the best at the wharf... plus the walk along pier 39 is always nice..

The House - best asian fusion i've had in SF... love the atmosphere

^ money-wise they should all be pretty accommodating.
