where can i buy set of 4 tires that cheap in san jose or near by location?

Find the tires you want online, bring the ad to a Wheel Works and ask them to price-match. That's what I just did.

I always order my tires from TIRERACK and take them to get them mounted and balanced. You'll save at least 100-200 bucks this way.

Five Points Tire in Redwood City is the only placed I'd go.
