Hi y'all,

I just curbed my Nismo wheels. *sniff* Can anyone point me to someone who can fix me up?

Thanks!

I'm not impressed with their work after my first visit with them. Expensive for the job they did on my wheel and turn around time was 3-4 days. If there are other shops out there I would like to know.

I went to the shop off of Winchester and spoke with Tommy. Quoted me $250 to fix my volks with a polished lip. They did a great job and gave me a realistic time frame got the wheel back to me within a week. Looked brand new when I got it.

Sorry to hear about that, Tony.

Based off of previous referrals, I used to think Wheel Techniques was the place to go. However, with 2 dissatisfied customers here, and Mike (WTF??) also recently having a bad experience with them, I beginning to think otherwise.

Riteway Wheels in Walnut Creek. Last year I had 2 bent rims and a minor ding in the rim from driving on Hwy 24 during construction. I had all of that taken out, balanced, and all 4 wheels polished for a little under 600.

The only bad thing is his crazy weird hours.
I still can't get in to fix my newest stupidity. Bah Humbug.
(..and no, we won't talk about how I curbed mine this year.)

Wow, that's a great price for all that work, Gillian.

I should take my Volks there.

I went to Riteway wheels in Walnut Creek to fix one bent rim before the San Mateo HIN event this year. He charged me 120 and did it the same day.

All my curb rash repair is done by Johnnie at International Auto Body, but then again, he just paints over the wheels so I don't know what effect that will have on your choice Tony. Good luck getting it taken care of!
