Don,

Based on what I read, I think that John was following at an appropriate distance. It was the cars, which were following him that were following too closely.

It depends on the claim Adjuster , He might ask you to take ur car to a muffler shop and have them inspect the muffler .

thanks Phil.

Just found out that the impact must have knocked something loose inside my new amp. Just keeps piling up.

AND my left exhaust tip is a good bit lower than the right one... Maybe an exhaust is in order?

Maybe? Silly you. The proper answer is of course it's time for a new exhaust.

Were you in Sacramento? Sacramento has some of the worst drivers in California, they drive likes its some cow town yet its a city with over 1 million pop. Don't get me started about driving city streets mid day with the Silverbacks and Blue Hairs on the road... I was doing my normal 80 in the #1, some corolla jumps on the highway goes across all lanes only to cut me off doing about 65. Then proceeds to brake check me even though I was in the lane and he slowed me down in the first place.

Sorry to hear about your car, glad you are ok. good luck with the repairs! I bought my 08 G35S sedan from Elk Grove about a month ago.

Glad you're OK.
Be sure to get checked out by the doctor/physical therapist/chiropractor and even if you feel the tiniest bit sore, you will have documentation to claim injury $$$$$$$. You never know, sometime in the future, your pain could worsen.
