I think he meant that if you're going to spend your money on cf parts, make it something that matters like a hood or trunk, etc...

This thing doesn't really save much weight because the original part doesn't weigh much as it is, does nothing for more power or help it get to the ground, does nothing for aerodynamics, it won't help you get better traction, steering or feel, and looks is already questionable... and the fact that it cost you a good dime just makes it worse...

But don't worry, I was huge a cf ***** with my old Civic hatch, but I had it the other way around... everything but the gas cap was cf...

Thanks for the feedback back Don. It's obviously for the look and I don't think anybody round here has tried it, so I'm gonna give it a shot and see if it works with my current set-up. I agree that this won't help much with traction or steering, although I deed notice a slight pull to the right under load at about 4k in 3rd gear (after the install). I think i may need to rebalance or get alignment now

I have CF diffuser, something bigger is next.....

actualy (u need to sse to believe) dosen't look so bad close up. It's high end CF wrap , an really projets in the sun like good CF. From 50 meters it looks like somethig is wrong with the car

We had the same thread about 3 years ago and I clearly recall the guy got
This reminds me of cars I've seen at meets where the hood, trunk
and doors are all CF. I'm sure they think it looks cool but to me it looks like
it's unfinished or a work in progress. When you look down the side of your
G your eye will stop at that gas door, that's just not right!
