Hey all,
I just got the word from the Dealership on my 03G sedan needs a brand-spanking-new tranny after 113,000 miles.

I did the flush at 60k and drain at 90K. Not sure how this could happen, but it did.

Dealership wants to charge $5,200. Any of you know of a good garage/mechanic in the bay are that might be a little more affordable. I just got married 2 weeks ago and really didn't need the added expense.

I've already PM'd JasonCham2003, but I'm not sure this is something he can handle.

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

thats a big job.... something like that i would want to spend the extra money and get the work documented and warranty
