Honestly, you should go to the shop and look and present and past jobs that they're doing..a respectable shop will let you do this so that they can earn your business.

Most shops that i know keep pics of jobs so that they can display work done for future customers..

Pics almost never show the true quality of the work performed. ANything will look nice from 5-10 feet away. You will not be able to see any runs or small flaws due to careless employees. I would only go to places where word of mouth is good and where I can see the work they are doing.

you should fit it yourself first and dremel some areas that needs a little shaving.. have a reputable shop paint it.. then install it yourself.

300 for paint and install sounds like a mess.

Also, urethane needs special prepping for painting so it flexes and sticks with the bumper... make sure they do that or you'll paint will flake to hell.

^+1.. installing the bumper is not bad at all, just remember to measure twice and cut once, and a little shaving where the corner go, then your all set to take it to the paint shop. GL
