for instance look at jewlery, some stuff retails for 900-1.5k for name designers and u can get them on ebay for about 6-700, and they ARE real, atleast from the people i know who sold them :P

so im assuming a hand bag worth 3-400 for 200 can be real go by there feedback generally higher feedback people are more trust worthy seeing how they got more to loose then someone with less then 20.
