Good Shop for spring install/fenders rolled?

I'm in Sac, but am looking for a legitimate shop within reasonable pricing to install my (soon to be ordered) springs/camber kit/ and gettting the fenders rolled. Also, since some of you have seen my car, I have 285/35/19's in the rear, and 245/19's in the front. How much should I lower it, do want to add a front OEM lip in the near future(possibly an aftermarket one).

Any pictures with this type of setup would be appreciated

Also, what springs/camber kit would you guys recommend. Not looking to drop a lot of $$$ on coils and I don't plan on drifting/turbo..would b nice though

Lastly, I'm looking for springs that will provide a stiff ride, aftermarket springs should b better than OEM ??? .... lol, OEM ride not the greatest.

Hey, last ?

Car has about 80k on it now, should I just get new shocks/struts while I'm swapping out the springs?
If so, what brand?
