I thought I would chime in with a different perspective. We're a new dealerhip in San Jose.
Dealers pay exactly the same for the car, so most deals end up being really similar. Customers today are informed and the internet is an equalizer. Sure they may be the odd color/spec car that a dealer has collecting dust and needs to move at a loss, but that’s the exception. Almost all deals end up with remarkably similar margin. (which BTW is tiny. Any doubt? Check out how many local dealership closed in the last 6-mo).
Your car isn’t a Casio watch; it’s a highline performance car, so the dealer behind the car counts a great deal. The best part is it doesn’t need to cost you more. I'm only saying its a good idea to research the dealer as thoroughly as the purchase price.
I’m not talking smack about other dealers, but some hurt our brand image with bad ethics and practices. Sure you may weasel $50 off my deal.
I have to deal with the stigma they create each day to redeem our profession. But fortunately others are doing a great job and you know who they are. There are some that have a passion for Infiniti.
IMHO support the team that supports you. Ask these questions: Are they respectful? Mod-friendly? Work with you on warranty problems? Do they post their service prices and are they competitive? Do they do anything for the G35Driver community? Do they make sure you are getting what you want and came for? How do they show that they appreciate you? Do they give a hoot after the sale?
You can have both: a supper deal and great dealer support & service. Who you going to give your business too?
That my $0.02 I will step off the soap box now.

Given the recent rave reviews I'll be dropping my car off at Beshoff this weekend for 30K service and to diagnose a few random rattling noises - will post up my experiences when it's over, but I'm getting the feeling already that it will be great.
Hands down, go to Beshoff in SJ. Great team! very friendly and mod friendly too!
