I think they allow individual, just request it at time of order so they can write your bill separate from others.

Normally I would agree with you, under most circumstances would even suggest that my own self, people knows me know that I am pretty stingy when comes to tipping, some might even remember at Black Angus meet couple years ago, when I took care of everyone’s happy hour and that waiter came back asking “where is my tip?” .

Not try to ruffle any feathers but we are talking 6~7 bucks for Pho here and not some fancy **** meal, if someone have problem with throw in an dollar for tip? they might have bigger issues to deal with then go to a dinner meet and worrying about an dollar for tip
