After 4 months of working out...

As I've mentioned, I've been on an exercise program involving going to the gym ~5x/week, of which 2x/week is with a trainer, and am using a bodybugg to record calories burned.

Yesterday was exactly four months, and I've hit the following:

206 -> 189 pounds
24.1% -> 18.3% body fat
36 -> 34 inches at waist
lost 15.06 pounds of body fat

I was trying to get in the 17% range, but this is pretty close.

Congrats man! Wish you were in Sacramento, so we can do couple bootcamp style training classes. Last year I went from 193 to 156 in 4 months because @ my height 5'6" it looked weird. What gym you train @?

Out of curiousity, do you have a diet that goes with your work out?

Thank God I'll still have my personality to keep them away.

I'm going to 24 Hour Fitness, and on the diet side, I've been 1) lowering my fat intake; 2) avoiding excess snacking, and 3) doing portion control. No drastic diet changes, though.
