Frank, seriously, if you haven't started modding your car . . . Don't. It's a terrible waste of your money. Your money is better spent on something, which will yield a return for your future. Save for a decent and proper down payment for a house or another home. Invest in your future and not for short termed gratification. Be smart and think long term.

Tell me about it. I have lost some 100k in the past 5 months. However, I positioned myself many years ago.

For you initiated and informed young people, you stand to make much more money than me. You are very young and are at the ground floor of unlimited investment potential. Stocks are at an all time low. Your investments today will yield untold fortunes for tomorrow. You have a potential to create many many revenue streams through very affordable properties, now.

Watch, a generation of smart young people is going to take full advantage of this current opportunity and become quite wealthy, as the previous the generation did. However, one must position themselves, first . . . And you cannot do that by spending your hard earned dollars foolishly.

Frank, the best thing that I can tell you via this platform is . . . Do not create needs for yourself, which are not beneficial towards your future or needs which will encumber your future.

Edit: And do not listen to people whom do not have your best interest in mind. That's to go without saying. However, some people do fall prey.
