We've had countless requests for a meet, and to be honest, we've been itching to get one going! So here it is- we will reserve the west side of the dealership lot for this event. We will have music, food, raffels, a presentation by Meguiar's and interesting displays. Most importantly, a great arena to display your Infiniti/Z.

Activities:

• Discounts on OE & all performance accessories in stock
• blow out sale on all Infiniti clothing
• Detailing Seminar by Megiar's at 1pm
• BBQ
• Music
• Raffle with all proceeds benifiting HSSV

1. A Diamond Level Detail + FREE car washes for 1-year ($1,400 value)
2. $400 Service Gift Certificate towards service at Beshoff Infiniti
3. Gold Medal Level Detail ($199 value)
4. Alignment and tire balance ($167 value)

Parking spots on the dealership lot by reservation only . Parking for those who did not RSVP and spectators will be avilable across the street at Eastridge Mall. A free raffle ticket will be given to each participant that RSVP. Raffle tickets can also be purchased for $1 with proceeds benifiting the Humane Society of Silicon Valley (HSSV)

5/22 Pan American Collision Center pitched in $200 towards our HSSV donation
5/23: If you RSVP'ed and can't make it, please email us so we can give your parking spot to someone else. We will have a waiting list and your consideration is appreciated
6/2 DJ Juicy: Compulsive Soundz (Pro Sounds, Lighting & DJ's, Music For All Occasions)
6/3 Total event particpant spots increased to 80 (...uh make that 82 6/13/09 )
6/4 $4 BBQ lunch plates made fresh by Gloria's catering: choice of chicken apple sausage or Vegitarian sausage, and fix'ins
6/6 Want to park next to your friends? You can, simply pre-stage in the Eastridge Mall parking lot and come over in a a row.
6/7 Gate opens at 11:00. There will be 4-rows of 20 cars. Parking will be in the order of arrival.
6/8 Stillen will contribute as a sponsor for raffle prize
6/9 Reminder: Parking on lot is by RSVP only. There is plenty of spectator parking in the Mall next door.

Enterance for this event will be from Eastridge Loope which allows direct access the the West side of the dealership. There will be no access to the event from Tully Rd. Tully Access with its 8 parking spaces must be saved for Sales/Service customers. click here for directions.
We will be parking in order of arrival. RSVP participants should check-in at the enterance gate.
6/13 Registration is FULL
6/13 We will give trophy for
1) Best modded Infiniti
2) Best detailed car
3) Highest milage
***** If your car is lowererd more that 1.5" let the registration desk know and we will have you come through the service drive. This access will not be open for everyone, so you will need to let the registration desk know.
***** Judges Panel for trophies will be posted tomorrow
***** There will be 3- crazy exotic cars on display. sorry no test drives on these babies

Weather is overcast and warm. There was a little drissle but dry now. Looking forward to a great event!

 

v and i were there tuesday, but we couldnt figure out how to get in so we went to go eat at red robins lol. hahha but if my cars done i will be there.
