I fought the law..&..the law won...

So i lost vs the law, because "i didnt state how fast i was going" even though i mentioned "officer stated i was going the speed limit"

I was curious can a judge use past tickets that were dismissed/taken care of in his current ruling? for instance suspend your license because "to many tickets in the last 3 years" Judge said he could suspend My L upto 90days if he wanted. I was curious say you had 4 tickets in last 3years (but 2 were taken care of 1 traffic school, other found not guilty) so now u have 2 in the last 3 years, is that enough to suspend your license or does all 4 still effect you?

Depends on how you fight the ticket. Tickets are pretty easy to win. The courts do not want to spend time fighting them. Did you fight it by mail? in person? You can only fight the outcome of your trial by requesting (filling out the forms) within 20 days after your court date.
