I got a buddy who is fighting to get his cash for clunkers done. He has a deal all teed up for a new Nissan, but he can't get his clunker to smog. He has put in about a grand already, but needs an additional $2,500 to get it smog legal.

Does anybody in Sac know of a guy or shop that can help him out on a hush hush basis?
