So I've been having the worst experience with some unnamed Infiniti dealership in Oakland in which they said they had ordered me a new switch for my passenger seat to fix the reclining issue it had. It's been almost 3 weeks and countless phone calls that went straight to voicemails. I finally decided to go their personally and see what was up. Turns out they didn't even get my order down and on top of that said it would cost 2,xxx to have the whole seat replaced...

Anyway, I just want to find a shop that can electrically jump the seat motor and get it back in an upright position, i don't care if the switch is broken... the lady hates being stuck in that horizontal position
