I Got Really Lucky

2 nights ago at the Concord mall. I clock out for my lunch break and I'm walking towards the employee parking lot where my G is at. To the left of me is BMW 325 02' and the left of the BMW is a popo. In my head, I was like why is there a cop chillen here? I never see cop here.
There was guy standing outside of the police car, talking for awhile. I'm sitting on my passenger side eating my pizza. So when they got done talking to each other. The guy walks up to me and say, "you got lucky, one more car you would've got broken into."
I felt bad for the guy but he should of never left his things lying around in his car where people can notice it. He shouldv'e hide it or covered his possessions with something. Maybe even tinted windows from the get go.

Agree, never leave stuff inside in plain sight. It's an invitation.

is this the sunvalley mall? and if so, which part of the mall did this happen at? cause im around there all the time. and when i have a backpack in my car i usually throw it in the trunk. but its useless to do that if someone is watching you. cause how hard can it be to pop the trunk open. dark tint is always a plus.

Don't leave your GPS, satellite radio receivers, radar detectors, etc., attached to the windshield in an unattended car. Take your iPod with you or lock things in the glove box or trunk. The big rage for the tweekers is to smash the window and grab something quick so they can sell it for their next high. Even if your car breaks down on the freeway and you walk off, take your crap with you. The homeless people will come out of the bushes or their tent cities under the overcrossings and break into a car sitting on the shoulder.

^ even if you put the radar away, some the little clip that holds the radar is still on the windshield. which tells people you have a radar. and most likely people wont be carrying the radar in their pocket. they will just tuck it under their seat or in their arm rest/glove box.
