I'm frustrated with Infiniti of Elk Grove to the point that I would prefer to never go back again. I'm looking for a reliable and fair shop to keep my car serviced at that is familiar enough with the G35/350z to be proactive about issues, but also not try to sell me on service that doesn't need to be done to make a few extra bucks.

Where do you guys/gals take your car?

 

What happened at Infiniti of Elk Grove? I've been there for a few services and they've been pretty good to me. Past threads in this forum usually recommend them over Roseville if you must go to a stealership for service.

I've yet to encounter them pushing me to buy extra service (granted only time I've been there were for oil changes).

So anyway, what happened?

Also bump for Sac area service shops question as well... I'd like to know alternates if I need to do so
