Where do you all take your G's for service?

Stick with local dealerships or do you go to a private garage?

Why do I want to know? I get asked from time to time about where to take some of the newer cars .. G35s/G37s .. as well as z33s and z34s. I know a lot of the private garages work on the older cars, but I'm not sure about the newer ones.

I figure the best place to ask is "here".

 

I like Sacramento Infiniti (Roseville Automall) lately. Dan Chastain is awesome as a service writer. Plus they're open on Saturdays.

Thats how I feel about Roseville, but I add to that elitest, arrogant, & lazy bastards fits Roseville better. I cant't stand Roseville, I'll stick with EG they have always treated me right.

 

I can't speak about Infiniti of Elk Grove .. but you can bring your G over to Nissan of Elk Grove (for non-warranty service/repairs). Ask for John Brooks (Service writer) and ask for Nissan Tech (Scott Groshong).

I schedule my appointments ONLY with Scott Groshong for my Armada and daughter's Versa. My Z .. I take to MATTZ Garage.

Scott can do any of the work that they do at the Infiniti place. Infact, the Infiniti techs bring some of their G work to the Nissan place. The Nissan side has some of the newer equipment .. alignment rack, tire machine, etc ..
