Wheel rash, depressed
Hi All, it's been awhile.
Was parking my car earlier and got about 10 inches of rash on my rear wheel. It's not horrid, but it's definately noticible. I'm 2 months from being at the end of my lease (go figure). I've seen some recommendations for Rite-Way in Walnut Creek, so I'm thinking about going to them. Couple of questions:

- Have any of you used Rite-Way and would you recommend them? Seems to get good reviews, but I'd love to have someone with an infiniti chime in!
- When your wheel is repaired, does the paint ever come off or will anyone ever be able to tell? I know that paint will never match 100%, but it's in an area where you wouldn't be able to really see it too much (right at the top of the lip).

Rite Way is the only place to go. You won't be sorry. I've had a few curb rashes repaired there. The owner goes out of his way to help.
I had a rim bent so bad I couldn't keep air in it and had to leave my car on a Sunday. They don't open until Tuesday. I figured I'd do the usual throw my key under the door envelope thing and left a message on the answering machine. The owner called me back and came down to the shop to put my car in Sunday night. He then worked on it Monday so I could pick it up after work. A++++++ in my book.
Just approach your car from the other side until you get it fixed. 0_0
