Fairfield Infiniti Service?

Just wondering if anyone has been there lately. I found anther thread, but that's over 2 years old. Just looking for recent experiences. I would also like to know if they are mod friendly. The only big noticeable mods I have is the exhaust and test pipes.

They treat me well, I have been there for small issues like skid plate came loose and other misc. items and they fix them for me at no charge.

Their parts dept 'tried' to charge me more than listed msrp for an OEM part. I walked out. This was a few months back.

Fairfield infiniti is cool, my buddie works there, they'll treat your car right. i just never buy parts there, too overpriced. but overall, they're mod friendly and do good work.

Hey hows it going, I actually work at Infiniti of Fairfield in the parts department and i would say that we're pretty mod friendly. Theres a guy that comes in with a turbo kit to get his oil changes and many more people who are lowered and have catback exhaust's and the service advisors don't have a problem with it. If you have anymore questions feel free to PM me. Thanks!

i was planning on going there a couple weeks back to get something fixed. i called to make sure they would do it with my mods. they told me as long as the mod didnt directly cause the problem that they would work on it and it wouldnt void my warranty

Why does changing headlights in these cars have to be such a pain n the @$$?! I really don't wanna have to take my car in just for that! Gotta be a cheaper/easier way!
