Me and the gf are gonna be down there for a few days in the beginning of July for vaca, and we need some good places to eat at for dinner. Not lookin so spend more than about $45 or so for it, but want somewhere that has kick *** food. Would prefer anywhere mexican/chinese/pho/american or something weird, lol.

Expect a long wait to be seated, but the food is worth it.

^^ boiling crab is BOMB but pretty pricey if you want any of the good stuff. Last time I went 3 of us spent a total of 135 (45 each) to cover a check around 110 with roughly 25 on tip.

I def need 2 places to go to, we're going to Winchester and Great America, so anywhere close in those places would be good. I just don't see waiting for hours and hours for food.

plenty of restaurants in downtown SJ... close enough to great america.

original joes, gordon beirsch (spelling?), the grill, mccormick, mortons, etc etc etc. all depends on what you want and your price range.
