I think if it was more in the middle of the day it would be better.
Have to remember it is a Saturday an summer. A lot of people go out on Saturdays and go away.

True, but we have done evening meets in the past that had really good turnouts. For some reason, this one just isn't generating much interest, despite a week & half advance notice.

I wonder if the interest would be the same or greater if I moved this meet to In N Out tomorrow night. Any input folks?

 

Could be just the "times". Last month, workeuge hosted the Lollicup event. Typically Lollicups have .. huge turnouts .. they fill up the parking lot .. infact have lots of cars turned away due to no room.

The one last month? Was very small by comparison ..


Are there any other "events" going on that could be affecting attendance or interest?

 

It appears my timing is just bad. There's a last minute meet happening tonight, FFTEC BBQ tomorrow afternoon & the BLOX show on Sunday. I may just have to postpone this one, but I feel bad about the few who did sign up.
