Posting this up .. just incase .. for those of you showing at WEKFEST.

Important Note: Please be sure that you do not have more than a 1/4 tank of gas in your G or Z (or any vehicle that is in the show). If you have more than a 1/4 tank of gas you will be turned away and not be allowed to enter until you meet the 1/4 tank of gas requirement. Please be sure to pass this info on to everyone who is showing at Wekfest.

I'm only guessing .. but I think all that they'll do (when checking for 1/4 tank or less) is to look at your gas/fuel gauge

This will be harder for those driving in from father away. The gas gauge on some of our cars float pretty bad.

Yup, I'm going to have to think about how much gas to put in my car half way between LA and SF. Since I'm going to the Cib meet on Friday night I think I'll be good to fill all the way up because I'll burn enough by Sunday to be at less than 1/4 tank. If not then I'll do some fly bys in the parking lot before the show...LOL.

Driving up early tomorrow morning, I know there will be rain I just pray its light.

Agreed .. I've noticed this requirement for those events that have cars (vehicles) INDOORS. Since WEKFEST is doing both .. it's probably easier to make the requirement "show-wide".

Ohhh .. another thing I heard via "forum chatter". Those in the show might want to double check your roll-in schedule/times. I read that the schedule has been updated. I'm not sure when .. but it'd suck if you arrived too early or too late??

Yes they updated them yesterday IIRC. My roll-in time changed by 2 hours (now 2 hours earlier).
