Went to tanforan today for first time. I have never seen so many parking spots, n if I'm correct it seemed like every main store had it's own garage.

It looks a lot better than it did a couple years ago. The place literally looked like crap back then.

+1000, I used to go to Tanforan all the time growing up since it was only 10 mins from our house. Went there recently couldn't believe how much it had changed.

Where will you be coming from?

If from the south, take 280N to the 380E exit. Then take the immediate exit off 380E to El Camino Real. The first intersection make a left. You'll pass under a freeway overpass. And Tanforan Center will be right there. The lot is on the further side if you keep going. Past Hooters/Petco/Sears. You'll see a garage.

North, you can just take El Camino down until you see Tanforan. Or do the same thing on 280S towards 380E.

There's a bunch of parking garages there. It's the one against Sneath Ln with a view across the street of the BevMo! and Chase Bank.
im coming from vallejo...i guess its a lot closer than i thought i was. google maps says its only 45 minutes away

The parking lot in front of BJs is always jammed. The top of the new garage outside Penny's is always empty but way more visible to cops. The garage next to target always has room on second floor. It seems that people are just lazy and only want to park on ground level.

^ I've probably only been to that 2nd level Target garage once lol. IIRC, aren't there a 3-4 speedbumps going there?

If you enter the target garage on the back side off there is no speed bumps to the second floor. Here are the directions to that specific garage.

Exit 380 El Camino North turn right on Sneath Lane, then turn right on to Huntington Ave. You will pass the Bart station and stop light. There will be a ramp to the second floor after the stop light which is the next right. There are no bumps this way and it is the easiest way into the Garage.

The movie theater garage can be very busy + there is a Starbucks inside of Target.

If you need better directions I PM me

BTW Do not go through the JCPENNY side to the second floor there are horrible speed bumps follow my directions and there is none
