Anyone else get a focus group invitation?
In the mail today I got a letter from L.A. Focus, saying that they'll be in SF from 11/9 to 11/13 doing focus group.
It says "an automobile manufacturer is inviting a select number of certain Vehicle Owners to participate" and "you will be giving your opinions on automobiles on current and future vehicles." They pay $150 for the 3 hr session.
Anyone else receive this? I figured I received this because of owning the G35.
I'll call 'em tomorrow, but $150 sounds good to me! Plus I can hang out in SF at night and spend my money!

Nope I have not. I've been to focus groups in the past...Learned about them when I took Marketing in college.
I thought it was a scam at first...but I checked it out and it's legit...They pay you on the spot too! The last one I did had to do with politics...It was about a month ago.
There's a marketing company that's giving out the new VOLVO S40 for a 10 day test drive...A few of my friends have done that program...they ask you a bunch of ?'s etc.
By the time they got to me, their program was ending..Holiday Season coming up.
