Where to get wheels polished?

Hey guys, I want to polished my oem stock 19's. Anyone polish their wheels before? Any recommendations in the city or bay area would be nice, thanks.

Yea, he got his welds super cheap this way... they had major rash and got them looking new. He is not a shop and does this stuff on his own time... but for some odd reason he LOVES to polish. I mean this dude has full polished ss exhaust on a lifted truck
