Is it too late to file a dispute with paypal?

If so just send some goons his way for half of the recovered cash. Can't be too hard to find some in SoCal..

Kevin and Ryan,
I am sorry to hear about this esp coming from both of these peeps. A little off topic but this is my story with Eric...I dont know of some people remember his Audio build for his 350z but Bing from Sound in Simplicity invested his own money to build this unique crazy audio system for him that cost him over 10k. This was done around summertime of 09. Eric would make every excuse in the book even ignore calls/threaten Bing for harassing him with phone calls. I personally loan'ed Bing 5k+ so that he would not fall behind on any of the purchases, bills that he went through for Eric. I believe in the end of the drama for audio build Eric was trying to sell his car to repay for the audio but never could sell it because his motor was having issues and just let Bing rip out the audio from his car.

I hope you did not send the money as a "gift" via paypal... but either way I would assume you should have some emails regarding the agreement... I would contact the police and go from from there. I would also provide all supporting documentation when you talk to the police.

Wowzers. Sorry to hear about this guy screwing you and your friends over. I wholeheartedly agree with what others have said. He's threatened you with physical violence so I'd immediately report it to the police. If he's threatened other people who at the time are/were living outside of CA, then you need to tell the FBI too since I'm pretty sure crossing state boundaries makes it of interest to the feds too.

Shows the guy is in NorCal. Shows you are in NorCal. Why don't you start banging on his door demanding your sh*t or your money back?

Kevin, I'm glad you finally posted this up. Very sorry to hear this happened to you. I encourage you to take whatever legal action you can against him to get your money back. Someone on here has to know where Eric is, please speak up so Kevin (and Ryan and others) can take action against this guy!
