is this just a replacement of the same exact gauges or a complete different setup?

You can ask Limitless Motorsports (San Bruno) or Mach III (SF). I've been to both and they're both good shops.

Z Car Garage in San Jose specializes in FI VQ's so I would go to them for anything FI related; in NorCal they are the reputable FI shop.

Not sure yet, hopefully it's just replacing o2 sensor and not the AFR gauge...then maybe recalibrating? This would be second time in a yr if the Innovate goes down again.

If I replace the gauge with another setup would I need to re-tune too? I believe it's hooked up to my FCON.

Highly doubt gauges has anything to do with tuning and I don't think they're linked together unless you have the hks camp2
