That was me, I told Chris to change it. I thought it would be better to bring finger food (empanada) to a BBQ than lasagna, don't know what I was originally thinking. Besides the empanada taste alot better then the lasagna. I could still make lasagna if everyone preffer to have lasagna over the empanada. Let me know.

I would never want to grill my lasagna... I would never deep fry my lasagna as well.

Either way will work Kenny but if you plan on having it bbq'd at the park, please plan on doing the cooking.
We'll need help with the bbqing so the same couple of poeple don't get stuck doing all the cooking.
For those still undecided on what to bring. This is what the list looks like so far (if I got it right that is).
veggie kabobs
tri-tip
cookies, brownies
teriyaki chicken
empanada
fried rice
spring rolls
bacon wrapped hot dogs
food from a resturant (salads and stuff)
chinese food
pasta dish
Chow mein
bbq chicken
steak & pork ribs
chips x 3 and dip x 2
sodas x 3, water
plates,napkins, plastic ware x 2
charcoal x 3
Another pasta dish? Fruit salad? More steak? Korean short ribs? Baked Beans? Sushi?

Try to get thighs or legs but breasts should not really be bbqed as it usually comes out dry. Chicken in general is kinda touchy on bbq as it needs to be cooked all the way but not too much over. Its not as forgiving as beef. If the stuff you are getting is already cooked, it will need to be reheated which means potential to dry out more. Please coordinate with others bringing chicken.
I believe Gillian is bringing some carne asada as well. Chris is possibly bringing some tri tip. I grilled some boneless thighs at last years BBQ with some seasoning I have. It seemed to go over very well. This would be a good option to go along with the terriyaki chicken. I'd be more than happy to bring the seasoning.
